Good Bodies

An in-person anti-diet empowerment group.

All bodies are good bodies. Sometimes it can feel hard to hold on to that truth in a world obsessed with telling us we need to shrink ourselves to be worthy and right. Good Bodies is a space for people to come together and navigate living in a society saturated by diet-culture. We will share the things that keep us going, the personal growth that we are proud of, and support each other through challenges.
